PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

How does recruiting "Gen Z" students and alumni differ from other members of your team? What strategies will help you best recruit and connect with this population of students? This session will help your organization build teams across the generational spectrum and connect with recruiting and college professionals who are already working with

Gen Z.

Hear directly from Career Services professionals who work with Gen Z on college campuses every day about what they're seeing in the current student population, how they're coaching students, and ideas they have for integrating Gen Z into your company/organization. Share your own perceptions and ideas to help Career Services professionals learn more about employer expectations to bring back to their campus. In this way, we will move forward as a group in better preparing future students/employees for their next steps.
