Program Description:

For human resource leaders in business, creating beneficial and positive relationships are key to building a more engaged and reliable workforce. Making a great impression, speaking with clarity and honing the skill of authentic presence are tools that deserve attention to bring our best self to the world.

According to SHRM research, companies with highly engaged workforce outperform those without by 147%. Human Resource leaders entrusted with the role of collaborating with and educating employees, staff and senior leaders must learn to masterfully relate key information with inspired and organized communication. Both content and delivery are important.

Through engaging activities, Barrie Barton, Speaking Coach and Lead Facilitator with Stand and Deliver Asheville will guide attendees through methods to discover their true confidence, amplify their presence and make a positive impression with staff, leaders and teams.

Program Objectives:

You will learn how to project greater confidence and connection in presentation and performance.

You will acquire proven ways to reduce nervousness and embody confidence.

You will cultivate inner resources of self-awareness and authority.

You will recognize your innate ability to express from your signature strengths.
