An inclusive and happy work environment provides a sense of acceptance, a sense of belonging, and a sense of respect for individuality and profound influence on an employee’s mental and physical state. In this workshop, Dr. Lewis will provide, relevant and, at times, humorous accounts from his experience on how to create a work environment that is happy, productive and inclusive. He will discuss:

·       The seven work conditions that create a happy and inclusive work environment.

·       Smart employee engagement tools that provide inclusive insights.

·       The collision between our emotions and how these collisions impact our relationships with our colleagues, our clients, and our customers.

·       Real-time, trial-by-fire examples and cases.

Program Objectives:

1.     To define and explain the significance of happiness in the workplace;

2.     To show and demonstrate the clear benefits of creating an inclusive and happy work environment for the organization;

3.     To explain the many benefits of creating an inclusive and happy work environment for individual employees;

4.     To engage participants in an exploration of their own perspectives, responses and examples on the value of happiness, engagement and inclusion.
